[2] Quotation & Order

Based on your request, we will provide a quote and estimated delivery time.

After your order, we will contact you with the shipping address for your item.

 


[3] Item Shipping (Customer → Us)

After your order and payment are confirmed, please send the item to our designated address.

※We kindly ask that you ship it prepaid.

 


[4] Painting Begins

Upon arrival of the item, we will paint it according to your specifications.

Production usually takes 3-4 weeks, but please understand that delivery times may vary depending on the situation.

 


[5] Completion & Return Shipping (Us → Customer)

We will return the item via traceable courier.

(We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping cost either C.O.D. or prepaid at the time of order.)

We will send a notification email or DM when the item is shipped.
