[2] Estimate & Order

Based on your request, we will provide an estimate and an estimated delivery time.

After you place your order, we will provide you with the shipping address for your item.

 


[3] Shipping the Item (Customer to Us)

Once your order and payment are confirmed, please ship your item to our designated address.

*Please note that shipping costs must be prepaid by the sender.

 


[4] Painting Process

Upon arrival of your item, we will begin painting according to your request.

Production time is usually 3-4 weeks, but please note that this may vary depending on the situation.

 


[5] Completion & Return Shipping (Us to Customer)

We will return your item via a trackable delivery service.

(Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, either via collect-on-delivery or prepayment at the time of order.)

We will notify you via email or DM when the item has been shipped.
